    Terms and Conditions for the “Mobile Dog” Mobile App:

    These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Mobile Dog” mobile application (“App”), which is owned and operated by BioPet Vet Lab, Inc. (“BioPet Vet Lab,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

    1. Purpose of the App is designed to help dog owners find pet-friendly businesses, services, and resources, both locally and nationwide. BioPet Vet Lab provides a platform for businesses to showcase their pet-friendly products and services, and for dog owners to connect with those businesses.
    2. User Registration To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify BioPet Vet Lab immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

    3. Prohibited Activities You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the App or BioPet Vet Lab’s business. You may not use the App to harass, bully, or intimidate other users, or to post content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive. You may not use the App to spam or engage in any other form of unwanted solicitation.

    4. Intellectual Property The App and all content and materials contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned or licensed by BioPet Vet Lab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of BioPet Vet Lab’s trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

    5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App and all content and materials contained therein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BioPet Vet Lab does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

    6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall BioPet Vet Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. BioPet Vet Lab’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to BioPet Vet Lab for access to the App.

    7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BioPet Vet Lab, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out.
